Private Duty

Reliance Private Duty was founded by Jhansi and Raju Perecherla.

Jhansi Perecherla is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a B.A. degree. Since 1992 she has lived her passion for geriatric care through her work in Long Term Care, Home Care, and Hospitals.

The president of Reliance is Raju Perecherla, Ph.D., a long time educator at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign who shares his wife's concern and interest in care for the elderly.

Reliance Private Duty employs its caregiving staff. Reliance Private Duty pays and withholds all taxes (local, state and federal), covers all employees with workers' compensation insurance, and is bonded. All staff are monitored and supervised.

All in-home caregiving staff undergo a thorough interview and background check process including an internal competency evaluation, criminal background checks, and work reference checks. You can rely on us to provide excellent service, and that starts with the quality of our caregiving staff.
